I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including:

  • Relationship and interpersonal difficulties

  • Stress, burnout, and feeling overwhelmed

  • Questions around identity, purpose, or direction

Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you and find ways to move towards a life that feels more manageable, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.

Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable setting near More London and Tower Bridge, just a short walk from London Bridge station. Online and telephone sessions are also available if you prefer.
