I support people facing many of life’s most challenging experiences — from depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties to complex trauma, loss, addictions, identity questions, anger, and work‑related pressures. Whatever you’re struggling with, therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and move toward a more grounded and meaningful way of living.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw on ACT principles, somatic therapies, and an existential perspective to help you reconnect with your values, understand your emotional patterns, and develop practical tools for change. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and supportive.

Sessions take place in quiet, comfortable rooms near More London and Tower Bridge — a short walk from London Bridge tube, bus, and rail stations. If you prefer, online and telephone sessions are also available.
