I bring over 20 years’ experience supporting people through a wide range of life’s challenges — including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, complex trauma, loss, addiction, identity questions, anger, and work-related pressures.

My approach is integrative and collaborative. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), somatic approaches, and existential perspectives to help you reconnect with what matters, understand your emotional patterns, and develop practical, lasting tools for change. We work together at a pace that feels safe, supportive, and attuned to your needs.

Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable setting near More London and Tower Bridge, just a short walk from London Bridge station. Online and telephone sessions are also available if you prefer.
