Calm and confidential support in the heart of London
I offer a thoughtful, supportive space where you can talk openly and we can begin to make sense of what’s going on - respectfully, and without judgement. I bring more than twenty years of experience and knowledge to our work together.
How I can help
I work with adults experiencing a range of difficulties, including (but not limited to):
- Anxiety in all its manifestations
- Depression and low mood
- Trauma and past experiences that still feel present (including PTSD)
- Experiences of abuse and their lasting impact
- Grief and loss
- Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
- Family tensions and complex dynamics
- Questions around identity, purpose, or direction
- Stress, burnout and feeling overwhelmed
- Professional challenges, including leadership development and executive coaching support
Together, we can explore what’s been weighing on you and find ways to move towards a life that feels more meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
Sessions take place in a quiet, comfortable setting near More London and Tower Bridge, just a short walk from London Bridge station. Online and telephone sessions are also available if you prefer.
